Maria Howell To Play 'Seeder' In THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE

The official Facebook page for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire have a very cool app up which is revealing new cast members for the highly anticipated sequel on an almost daily basis. The latest addition? Maria Howell as 'Seeder'.

Maria Howell, an Atlanta based actress, singer, and voiceover artist has been cast as 'Seeder' in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. She has had small roles in the likes of The Vampire Diaries and The Blind Side. 'Seeder' is a former victor from District 11 and will compete alongside Katniss Everdeen in the "Quarter Quell", a.k.a. the 75th Annual Hunger Games (the events of the first film took place during the 74th). Howell joins an ensemble which includes returning cast members Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, and fellow new additions Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Amanda Plummer, Jena Malone, Lynn Cohen, Patrick St. Esprit, Meta Golding, Bruno Gunn, Alan Ritchson and E. Roger Mitchell. The film will be released on November 22nd, 2013.

the hunger games = YAWN!(with some half decent violent scenes)

i'll wait to see the sequel,it'll be either dvd or tv.

Eh, the very concept of the story is pretty crappy, so there's really nothing to look forward to.
But that aside, why IS Hunger Games here?
It's not a movie adapted from a comic book, is it?

I mean i know its going around Sam Claflin is finnick but has Lionsgate confirmed it yet?

Seeder was just a footnote in the book. I wonder if she'll even have lines.

Honestly, I'm more interested in the nameless male tribute from district 5.
