SMALLVILLE's Alan Ritchson Joins The Cast Of THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE
Alan Ritchson (best know to comic book fans for playing Aquaman in Smallville) has joined the cast of Francis Lawrence's The Hunger Games: Catching Fire as 'Gloss'. Hit the jump for details on his role in the highly anticipated sequel.
ComingSoon.net reports that Lionsgate have today announced that Alan Ritchson (Blue Mountain State) has joined the cast of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire as 'Gloss'. The site goes on to describe the character as, "A former Career tribute from District 1, Gloss and his sister Cashmere are both competing in the Quarter Quell." Ritchson joins an ensemble which includes Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, and fellow new additions Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Amanda Plummer, Jena Malone, Lynn Cohen, Patrick St. Esprit, Meta Golding and Bruno Gunn. The film will be released on November 22nd, 2013.
