Anthony Ruivivar, who voices Batman on Cartoon Network's Beware The Batman, said the following via his Twitter account:

With Beware The Batman returning in January to finish the rest of its 26 episode season and the future beyond that in doubt, it's wise for Ruivivar to start lending his pipes to other characters in the animation realm. It's not uncommon for actors to voice characters on other shows and they probably wrapped recording for Season One of BTB long ago, but his availability may hint at a grim fate for the Caped Crusader's latest animated outing. Who do you guys think he will voice in the Marvel Universe? His deep voice is pretty distinct. Sound off in the comments below.

I enjoyed Beware of the Bat, but I think it will be cancelled due to the line up baddies that were introduced.

LOL! No they are in the business of voicing animations they have to go where the work is. There is no loyalty among that trade!

Lots of actors voice characters for both Marvel and DC.

I'm pretty sure the studios don't give a [frick] about the rogues gallery. The fanboys (the same one's who are constantly asking for lesser known characters to appear) are the only ones who complain about it. Studios don't care about quality, they only want the ratings.

Hopefully the show returns. It was just as good, if not better than Batman: The Animated Series, in my opinion. I loved the new and fresh direction it was going in. Plus it introduced me to an entire other side of the Batman mythos.

@ GuardianAngel

Let me clarify, I think it will be cancelled due to ratings not being there. And to me the ratings will not be there because people and fans are expecting the usual baddies such as Joker, Fiddler, Mr. Freeze etc........
