Catwoman Short & Footage From Justice League: Doom to Premiere at New York Comic-Con

Central to the panel will be the world premiere of the animated short Catwoman, starring Eliza Dushku (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dollhouse) as the voice of title character. The 15-minute short will be included on the release of Batman: Year One, which streets October 18 on Blu-ray, DVD, for Download and On Demand.

The panel will also include the very first footage to be seen from Justice League: Doom, the highly-anticipated next entry in the ongoing series of DC Universe Animated Original Movies.

The panelists, which include the ultimate voice of Batman, Kevin Conroy, DCU executive producer Bruce Timm and casting/dialogue director Andrea Romano, will offer a glimpse into the 2012 DC Universe Animated Original Movies slate, give away some exclusive prizes to inquisitive audience members, and quite possibly welcome a few surprise guests to the stage.

An autograph session with the panelists will immediately follow the panel.

I really hope they make some animated movies for other characters than batman and superman. Let's see one for the flash or green arrow or dare i say it even aquaman. Would be cool to see them in solo animated movies.

@stinkor1, They have already made 2 Green Lantern movies and a Wonder Woman movie. Plus a Superman/Shazam-the return of black Adam movie with shorts films of The Spectre, Green Arrow and Jonah Hex.

I would really like to see an animated Flash movie.

SUHWEET!!! Last year I got to see footage from "All Star Superman" and "SUperman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam," and this year I get the whole Catwoman short AND "JL: Doomed Footage." Conroy returning as Bats to a Justice League film is also sweet. They should get George Newburn, and the rest of the Justice League cast back for this one if they have Kevin Conroy.

@Grif- JL:DOOm is based on the "Tower of Babel" storyline from JLA written by Mark Waid. In it Ra's Al Ghul has stolen some rather important stuff from Batman, the bodies of his parents to distract him from the other theft and usage of imformation. The League of Shadows are using strategies against the JL that Batman himself created in case the memebers ever went rogue, all to get the worl'd protectors out of the way for his true plan.

JL Tower of Babel is one of my favorite Justice League stories ever, Mark waid did a great job and Bryan Hitch was drawing, so cant wait for JL Doom.

@grif

Batman has records of the Justice league heroes individual weaknesses. The records are stolen and the Justice League is taken down.
