"Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull.


HitFix have exclusively unveiled the latest poster for Captain America: The First Avenger, and are also offering 30 lucky fans the chance to attend an early screening of the movie at Comic Con next week. Click the link below to head on over to the site.



With an all star cast which includes Chris Evans as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Bucky, Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Tommy Lee Jones as Col. Chester Phillips, Stanley Tucci as Abraham Erskine and Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Captain America: The First Avenger will be released in 3D on July 22, later this year!

I agree with Teabag - put the mask and some sensual.

And I think the movie clearly has elements that leads to Rocketeer, Raiders of Lost Ark and Inglorious Bastards.

I think part of the reason Cap's head looks so big is you can't see where his feet end. He looks shorter with his feet cut off by the logo, makes him look like he's 5 feet tall not 6 feet tall, thus enlarging his head.

Can't wait for this movie!

@Dark Avengers I have absolutely no idea what your talking about. People who have gone on the set and came back said what avengers was doing was awesome. Plus, many say the script is good. And we haven't seen hardly anything so what are you talking about?
