He is a great actor and looks the part, but I think he might be a little young considering is about 22 years older then Ben.
Tyler Posey as Dick Grayson/ Nightwing
I think is a good actor and looks the part, the only thing that would mess this one up is Arrow connecting to DCCU which I want, but then Steven R McQueen plays Nightwing.
Asa Butterfield as Tim Drake/Robin III
Usually he is chosen for Damian but I think since playing he would much more suited for Tim.
Alex Daddario as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl/Oracle
She has a really great 'personality' for Barbra and is good actress too.
