Spider-Man
The Civil War-esque fear is growing. A large part of the propaganda spreading is due to Daily Bugle EiC, J Jonah Jameson. The major players, the characters who can use the rub of an actor that you may recognize, are as follows
Spider-Man
As it was already stated, upon his arrival within the MCU, we will learn that he has already been running around in costume. This fits with the 'no more origins' statement we've heard before. It's fair to assume that the greater stories haven't been told, but that he is familiar with a villain or 2, or at least standard operating procedures of the corrupt. They've also states that they will be casting a child, at the beginning stages of his historical run as the spectacular web-head. As is the case with the other MNU actors, the young slinger will not be an A-lister, or popcorn-blockbuster mainstay.
Skandar Keynes
The 5'8" 23 year old will fit nicely as the 16 year old Parker with his boyish features. Edmund Pevensie in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe earned him praise as an action hero. He is the perfect low-level star to springboard the wall-crawler into a successful run in the MCU. What better way to tell the story of the friendly neighborhood hero than on Netflix over the course of 13 episodes a season?

Mary Jane Watson
MJ has harbored a crush on the nerd next door for years. As her tutor, Parker has connected with her like no other. The homecoming queen sees something inside the socially awkward boy; a depth in character that makes him seem more mature. She makes a move on him and says the 'tiger, jackpot' line. When the hottest girl in school pounces on the geek, he denounces her; the battle with Scorpion has left him too battered to accept.
Rachel Hurd-Wood
Wood oozes confidence. This MJ will forever be the aggressor in a vow to loosen up the boy she considers just as attractive as Tony Stark; a remark that grosses Parker out.

JJJ
Writers have portrayed him more humanly, as a humorously obnoxious yet caring boss who nevertheless has shown great bravery and integrity in the face of the assorted villains with which the Bugle comes into contact, and whose campaign against Spider-Man comes more from fear of youngsters following his example
**it is suggested that Jameson hates Spider-Man mainly because he acts outside the law. Spider-Man's reaction ranges from frustration and anger at the ungrateful publisher, which leads to occasional pranks to antagonize him, to an amused acceptance of his self-destructive stubbornness.
Ron Perlman
A no-nonsense reporter who is quite intimidating, even if u have super powers.

Puma
Thomas Fireheart was raised believing in an ancient prophecy of the coming of a powerful being who might destroy the world for generations. His tribe used mystic ceremonies and selective breeding to create a perfect warrior. Thomas Fireheart is the latest in this line of men.
In order to train for the upcoming battle, he chose to operate as a mercenary ignoring right and wrong, only embracing his destiny. Through his travels and training, he learned about the power of the totem. For every totem exterminated, living totems would gain strength.
This led him to New York City and the Spider-Man. Referring to the protagonist as a totem but never fully explaining himself, SM is left wondering what this all means. By the end, Puma gains respect for SM and let's him live, telling him he must learn of the totem.
Alex Meraz

Flash Thompson
Typical Flash here. I wouldn't make him a bully. I'd maybe just stick with the cocky jock archetype, however and make him a complete ass in school-towards authority. Parker doesn't exist to him, hell, I'm his world, only he exists. On the flip side, the respect and hero worship he has for Spider-Man stays true. If the Avengers are the A-game heroes protecting the country, he's proud to be in a city protected by their very own hero. He doesn't have a larger story than this.
Alexander Ludwig
Ludwig is making headway, and what's in store for him later, as hinted by the Agent Venom cast and story I'm working on, makes this just the beginning.
