Ever since the WB announced at Comic-Con the Superman vs. Batman movie, the world can’t stop talking about it.
It seems that the Justice League movie is also coming very soon, and we can only hope it will come before 2020.
Marvel had massive success with their movies, but let’s faces it superheroes like Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman are the most iconic superheroes there are, far more iconic then heroes like Iron Man and Thor.
Man of Steel made more than 600 million dollars, and I believe that Superman vs. Batman could make a billion dollars, so it seems like the WB will be very stupid not to go and create a good cinematic universe.
So here’s my DC cinematic universe, casting and ideas for the movies.
July 2015 – Superman vs. Batman
December 2015 – Wonder Woman
June 2016 – The Flash
August 2016 – Green Lantern
December 2016 – Aquaman
July 2017 – Justice League
Cast and characters:
Well we know the Henry Cavill and the others from Man of Steel are back, and that Ben Affleck is the new Batman.
Lex Luthor – Idris Elba. Yes I know that in the comics Lex is white, but so as Perry White. Let’s face it, Idris Elba is one of the best actors there is, and I believe he could be the perfect Lex Luthor. Luthor will be the main villain in Superman vs. Batman, and could appear in Justice League also.
Wonder Woman – Gemma Arterton. I know that people are saying that Jaimie Alexander should be Wonder Woman, and I would agree she could be a Great WW, but I think Gemma would be perfect. She is beautiful and a great actress, and after few months in the Hollywood gym, she would be The Wonder Woman.
The Flash - Garrett Hedlund. I really liked him in Tron, and I think he could really work as Barry Allen.
Green Lantern – Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. You probably thinking “What?”, but I can explain. We saw Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan, and I don’t think that Reynolds was a bad Hal Jordan, but that Green Lantern movie was horrible, and they must remake it. Few days back Dwayne Johnson hinted that we might see him in a WB big action movie, and why not in a DC movie? And after all, The Rock is so hot now, that people would go and see him in a movie that few years back was a failure. The Rock won’t be the same Lantern we saw in the 2011 movie, but he will be a mix between Hal Jordan and John Stewart. And he also doesn’t have to that massive, he doesn’t have to be the biggest guy on the set. I think Rock’s charisma could go really well as Hal Jordan, and I think this idea could really bring a lot of money to the WB.
Aquaman – Charlie Hunnam. I just don’t see anyone else who could be a great Aquaman. I think Charlie needs to work a little on his accent, because sometimes he sounds Russian. He already proved he can go big, and I think he could be a really good Aquaman.
Martian Manhunter – Peter Mensah. There will be some motion capture and all that, to make him look more like an alien.
Brainiac – Cillian Murphy. I think the villain of the first JL movie needs to be Brainiac, and Cillian is the man to play him.

The reason I don't want Darkside in the first JL movies is because Darkside should be like Thanos in the Marvel movies, but also I think Darkside should be kept out of the first JL movie, that should be more about the JL members.
