DISCLAIMER FOR DISCLAIMER: I really didn't want to do this but because of some experience doing these things..... I just got to.

DISCLAIMER: This is not real. This will never end up on actual film. These are my personal choices for the cast of a DARK KNIGHT RETURNS film, so be kind and enjoy

Bruce Wayne/Batman

Mark Harmon
Bruce Wayne is 55 years old and has been retired from his Batman persona for a decade. When he sees violence becoming a common occurrence, he feels a strong desire to return as Batman.
Harmon is a damn good actor whose been gracing our T.V's for the past 11 yrs. in the show NCIS. I really like Harmon, he's an older gentleman who could still "move" ya know? He could play charismatic, he could play bruiting really well and I can totally believe he was once Batman in nhis younger days(as you can see the picture above).

Alfred Pennyworth

David Bradley
Alfred is of course Bruce's trusted butler, medic, and confidant; now in his eighties.
David Bradley is wonderful actor, a veteran English actor of stage and screen whom most of you might know from his appearances in the HARRY POTTER film, where he played Argus Filch. Bradley is just such a great actor whose been in so many thing I liked, and I think he would make a wonderful Alfred who wants so much to just take care of Bruce even well into his 80's.

Oliver Queen/Green Arrow

Carey Elwes
After superheroes are outlawed, Queen undertakes a clandestine rebellion against government oppression, including the sinking of a nuclear submarine. He lost his left arm, for which he blames Superman. Despite this disability, Queen is still a bad ass and a highly skilled marksman.
Elwes IS the man, he's just so cool. He's an actor who I've loved for so long, specifically for his performance in PRINCESS BRIDE. Even though he hasn't been in any note worthy film as of late, he still brings manages to crank out some impressive performances(now listen, if you haven't already, you have to watch Elwes' appearences on the show PSYCH. Funniest shit ever). I chose him for Queen because in his younger days I believe he could've been Green Arrow ,plus he has that Ollie swag that we love so much.

Clark Kent/Superman

Richard Armitage
Boy has Supes changes, ha? He is now an agent of the U.S. government and his secret identity as the former Daily Planet reporter Clark Kent is publicly known.
Okay I'm gonna keep this short, I haven't seen a lot of his performance's, but from what I have seen I've been quite impressed, particularly his performance in the show STRIKE BACK. Because Superman doesn't really age I wanted someone who looked younger than the rest of the cast, but to still have an older manliness to him, if that makes any sense?.

Carrie Kelley/Robin

Willow Shields
A 13-year-old girl with absentee parents, who later becomes Batman's sidekick, Robin. Throughout the story, she is frequently mistaken for the former "Boy Wonder". After she saves the Dark Knight's life, the aging Batman places his trust in her, against Alfred's objections.
Shields is a young actress who people might recognize from her role in the HUNGER GAMES film, where she plays Primrose Everdeen. She might not have many credits to her name, but she is in the right age range for the role, and from what I've seen, she not that bad an actress

James Gordon

Harvey Keitel
The retiring Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department, who retires on his 70th birthday. He is aware of Batman's true identity.
Keitel is a living legend, he is just up there with the greatest actors of all time. From his roles in TAXI DRIVER, RESERVOIR DOGS, BAD LEIUTENANT, etc. he is just amazing. I've wanted to use Keitel in a cast for so long, I just could never find anything right for him until now. I think he'd make a terrific older Gordon, it's perfect.

Ellen Yindel

Laura Linney
James Gordon's successor as Commissioner. A captain in the Gotham City Police Department, she is a critic of Batman, but doubts herself after the Joker's crime spree.
Linney is a great actress. She's got the intensity, she's got the commanding presence of a commissioner and she's the right age.

The Joker

Robin Williams
Batman's archenemy who awakens from a catatonic state upon learning of Batman's re-emergence. He plans a brutal crime spree to draw out Batman, setting in motion the events leading to a final confrontation with him.
I'm probably gonna get some flack for this, but I don't give a shit, I think it's perfect. Williams is of course known for his comedic roles, but some reason people seem to forget what an amazing and intense dramatic actor he is. From DEAD POETS SOCIETY, to FISHER KING, to GOOD WILL HUNTING, to ONE HOUR PHOTO, to INSOMNIA, he is just really amazing. I have no doubt in my mind that he would kick so much ass in the role.

Harvey Dent/Two-Face

Ralph Fiennes
Now in his 50s, and having spent 12 years in Arkham Asylum, Harvey Dent has been treated by Doctor Wolper for three years and his face has been repaired with plastic surgery. Dent's doctor gives him a clean bill of mental health, but he is still Two-Face in his mind.
What's to say really? Fiennes is a really good actor, a really method actor, and i'd be so happy if he played this role.

Selina Kyle

Michelle Forbes
Selina Kyle has long since retired from being Catwoman,is now an aging and somewhat overweight madame.
Forbes is quite a good actress, whose appeared in various things throughout her career including HOMICIDE:LIFE ON THE STREET, 24, TRUE BLOOD, THE KILLING, CHICAGO FIRE. I don't know what it is, but she just has this "thing" that I think would make a good older Selina.

Dr. Bartholomew Wolper

Noah Wyle
Two-Face and Joker's psychiatrist and opponent of Batman's "fascist" vigilantism. Wolper is convinced that the Joker and Two-Face are both victims of Batman's crusade. Wolper's attempts to treat Two-Face fail. The Joker kills Wolper.
Wyle is a fantastic actor whom people might know from E.R, and FALLING SKIES. Suprisingly ,I chose Wyle because of his performance in a shitty J.LO movie from back in the day called ENOUGH. He played this cocky asshole who thought he was the shit and everything, anyway I liked the way Wyle played it and from that I think he'd make a good Wolper.

The Muntant Leader

Brian Patrick Wade
He's big and intimidating, that's it.........seriously.
