Early GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Concept Art Shows A More Comic-Accurate Yondu

James Gunn recently revealed an early concept art of Yondu on Instagram, and it shows a more comic-accurate version of the character than what we saw in the film. Hit the jump.

In a recent post by director James Gunn, he revealed some early concept art created by Andrew Kim in which shows a more comic-accurate (sans the fin) look of Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy. If this was to be Yondu's look in the film, we could've very well have gotten a decidedly different incarnation of the characters for the film that were more comic faithful. In the concept art, it appears as though instead of a fin, Yondu would've had a mohawk-like hairstyle as well as some pretty native duds.
