Kick-Ass star Chloe Moretz might be about to carve something of a niche for herself as a horror movie actress. Having excelled as a vampire in Let Me In, she will next be seen in Dark Shadows and will then go on to star as Carrie in the remake of the classic Stephen King adaptation.
Now Variety report that the young actress will play a zombie in a movie called
Maggie under director Henry Hobson, making his feature directorial debut. The movie will also star the brilliant Brit actor Paddy Considine, who has yet to really make much of a splash Stateside.
According to Variety..
Set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse, story concerns a father's unconditional love for his daughter. Considine is in talks to play the father, while Moretz would play his titular daughter.
I've pretty much had my fill of zombies these days but this does sound intriguing, and there is some great talent involved.
