Thanks to IGN Movies, we have a first look at the cover and special features which will be included on the Evil Dead Blu-ray. The site also confirms that the movie - which is set to be the first instalment in a new trilogy - will be available from July 16th, 2013 on Blu-ray and DVD. In the much anticipated remake of the 1981 cult-hit horror film, five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin. When they discover a Book of the Dead, they unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.
