Hot on the heels of its world premiere at the 2021 Venice International Film Festival, Universal Pictures has debuted a brand new trailer for Edgar Wright's Last Night in Soho, the Baby Driver director's upcoming psychological horror film that seems to have a ghostly, time-travel murder mystery twist.

Not much is known about the plot, as Wright has insisted on keeping all of the film's secrets as close to the vest as possible, but the film's official synopsis offers a rough idea of what to expect:

"Eloise (Thomasin McKenzie), a young woman with a passion for fashion design and a strange sixth sense, mysteriously finds herself transported back in time to 1966 London in the body of her idol, a singer named Sandie (Anya Taylor-Joy). While in Sandie's body, she enters into a romantic relationship; but then, she begins to realize that the glamour of 1960s London is not what it appears to be and the past and present seem to fall apart with shady and horrifying consequences."

In addition to fan-favorite rising stars McKenzie and Taylor-Joy in the lead roles, the supporting cast consists of Matt Smith, Terence Stamp, Diana Rigg, Rita Tushingham, Jessie Mei Li, Michael Ajao, Synnøve Karlsen, Margaret Nolan, Lisa McGrills, and James and Oliver Phelps.

Last Night in Soho opens, exclusively in theaters, on October 29. Check out the official final trailer below:
