MAN OF STEEL Star Kevin Costner Won't Reveal Whether Pa Kent Returns In JUSTICE LEAGUE: THE SNYDER CUT

Man of Steel devoted a lot of time to Clark Kent's relationship with his adoptive father, Jonathan, and the character returned in a vision during the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. 

There was no sign of him in Justice League, but it's no secret that most of Zack Snyder's work ended up on the cutting room floor once Joss Whedon took over. So, will we get more Pa Kent in the Snyder Cut coming to HBO Max?

During a recent interview with Cinema Blend, actor Kevin Costner was asked if we could see him in the director's cut. "I don’t know. You don’t want to be kissin’ and tellin’ in life," he teased. "You’re pokin’ me a little bit. I’m not...I can’t tell you."

It's hard not to be intrigued by these remarks, and with Snyder currently in charge of costly reshoots, there's no reason to suspect Costner couldn't also return. If he does, it will only be in another vision or flashback, but that could add a lot to the moment Kal-El rises from the grave and joins the rest of the Justice League to take on the villainous Steppenwolf. 

With no firm premiere date for Justice League: The Snyder Cut, we don't know when we'll get another look at the four-part series, but it probably won't this year. We'll obviously keep you guys updated, but be sure to weigh in on your thoughts on Costner's comments in the usual place.
