Warner Bros. seemingly revives it's Direct-To-DVD brand, are direct-to-DVD DC films on the way?

Back in 2012 Warner Bros. officially discontinued it's direct-to-DVD line "Warner Premiere" wich left Warner as one of the few studios without a label for this breed of particular movies. Until now...

It seems so long ago that Warner had officially decided to close down it’s direct-to-DVD studio „Warner Premiere“ (defunct in 2012). Ever since Warner had very few direct-to-DVD releases, mostly only animated features made the jump. This seems to change however as in 2018 Warner is prepping to unleash it’s first direct-to-DVD live action sequel in years on us. „Deep Blue Sea 2“ is coming as the first to probably test the waters for more.
Keep in mind that Warner Premiere was behind such exploits as the sequels to „The Lost Boys“, the two „Scooby Doo“ prequels (starring „The Flash“s Robbie Amell) and multiple other sequels/prequels/spin-offs to movies such as „Get Smart“, „Ace Ventura“ or „A Christmas Story“.

Warner returning the the direct-to-DVD format could also mean positive things to come for us comic-book fans. While usually lower budgeted the door is now open for the DCEU (or the DCTV brand) to be extended through various spin-offs for secondary characters in those particular universes.

While nothing is set in stone the possibility alone to get DCEU entires for characters like Katana (or Slipknot) sounds intriguing. The same could be done to extend the DCTV brand by doing a direct-to-DVD movie for the JSA (as introduced in „Legends of Tomorrow“) or other sidelined heroic characters like Superman (a direct-to-DVD movie set in the world of Supergirl would fly of the shelves).
And let’s not forget that the direct-to-DVD market is ideal for giving canceled shows closure, shows like say „Constantine“ recieving one final go at a direct-to-DVD movie is more than intriguing to think about.  Not only comic-book shows under Warner's wing could finally see closure.

Would you like to see Warner extend the two live action DC brands onto the Direct-to-DVD market? Wich heroes or villains would you like to finally get some love in a smaller and easier to finance medium? Or are there any other Warner properties that failed in the theatrical or television market that you would want to see continued in this cheaper medium?
