Love Spidey, grew up reading the comics, playing with the figures and watching the cartoon. It is unprecedented how 1 man can make me absolutely loathe the franchise though. Screw you, Webb, [frick] you, buddy.

You just described my situation perfectly!
I often have to explain to my friends why I do not like "The Amazing Spider-Man" movies despite the fact that Spider-Man is my favorite character of all time.

Cool new footage. I am liking what I am seeing ! This is Spidey !

If you guys are feeling nostalgic, check out my interpretation of a live adaption intro with the animated theme from the 90's. Enjoy ! :

I don't know what it is but I just don't like Spider Man anymore. I grew up with the 80s and 90s cartoon and thw loving the goody too shoes but confidant Peter Parker and this just feels off. Maguire was too wooden and Garfield feels just off as the Peter

Well done, this video is boss! Reminded me how much I loved the 90's cartoon when I was a kid.

For those who play the frustrating (but addictive) Facebook 'Marvel: Avengers Alliance' Game, you may recognize the item Spidey snatches from a briefs wearing pre-Rhino as a 'Plasma Tube.' I have no idea what this has to do with the movie.

This looks like a huge step up from TASM. Lol, Peter suiting up and buying cold medicine. And Gwen accidentally yelling Peter's name, ha ha.

If Gwen Stacy isn't killed off at the end, I think Peter will break up with her after almost losing her. He feels guilty about breaking his promise to her father, which is why he keeps imagining Captain Stacy.

As long as Peter is Spider-Man, he will always feel guilty about dating her, because of the promise he made to her father.

@Bravado As long as Peter Parker isn't being emo and dancing on the streets like an idiot, I'm good.

I felt so embarrassed watching that scene in the theaters. Talk about cringe worthy.

Gwen did go to London before she came back to the states and was killed....so will this be some cliffhanger where she goes and is still there at the end, with Pete deciding to go after her? Does she die before she even goes to England? With all of this other stuff in the movie so far, I can't see her dying before a third installment. Uncle Ben, Capt. Stacy and Gwen all getting peaced in the first two movies would seem lame and forced.
