We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.

Directed by Marc Webb, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is scheduled for release on May 2, 2014!

I think that people should rewatch the trailer and see that the six doors were most certainly not 6 but 7. If you guys re-watch the trailer you'll see that in the scene before (what seems to be) 6 doors opening up there are actually 7 doors as the order of the doors are alined 3,4 (an elevator coming down I assume?) 6 and then 7.

This possibly means that perhaps Goblin is the 7th character separate from the sinister 6?

I also don't think that they'll have the sinister six appear in the second movie to battle Spidey however I do believe that they'll show signs that they are very well alive and coming soon in a possible sequel.

I like it when cast and crew do commentary for trailers just like how singer did. Can't wait for 2014 it going I be a great year.

Oh yeah...PLEASEEE TELL US WHO'S GETTING SPIN-OFF FILMS!!!

Ok so the Goblin that we've seen so far looks a lot like Andrew Garfield. What if it is...??? From the trailer Harry and Norman know a lot about Peter. Peter's dad was involved with Oscorp. What if they cloned Peter...?? Parker Goblin...!!!

Like I said in another thread unless Harry dyes his hair blonde and make it spikey which God i hope they dont have a montage of him looking like that I dont think thats Harry...I think its Hobgoblin if you remember in the comics Osborn hires Hobgoblin for different mercenary hits even in the cartoon Hobgoblin worked for Osborn until he turns on Osborn and blackmails him later for all of the stuff Norman had been up to....Why would Harry ask his dad but what about Peter and then later be fighting him in the same movie??? i dont think Harry knows Peter is Spiderman at least thats my theory
