Last Thursday, a rumor was started suggesting that Krypton (Superman's home world) does not in fact die in
Man Of Steel. Well that rumor has now been shot down by one of the main cast members. Russell Crowe has taken to his Twitter account to confirm that the planet does in fact meet its doom and that Kal-El is the only survivor from what he understands. The old rumor can be found here:

“Ahem…as I was saying…my name is Jor El, of Krypton, as my planet dies I send 2 you my son, Kal. So he may live. He will arrive June 14.”
So there goes that whole "Krypton doesn't die" thing. Comment below and let me know what you think of this rumor!
