E3 2016 has come and gone and our sister site, GameFragger.com was all over the annual gaming convention.  Both Sony and Microsoft unveiled some gorgeous looking exclusives and gamers have been arguing over which console has the most promising slate ever since E3's final day.  Below, check out some of the titles announced for both consoles and head over to GameFragger.com for in-depth coverage.

MICROSOFT

Which of Microsoft's E3 2016 exclusives grabbed your attention? Was it Scalebound, Gears of War 4 or Sea of Thieves?  All three titles made waves but the 'Xbone' may have a dark horse in We Happy Few.  Microsoft also made noise with its announcement concerning its commitment to VR gaming, and its ultra-powerful 4k compatible console - Project Scorpio, which will hit retailer shelves this Holiday season, well ahead of its Sony counterpart, the PS4 Neo.

SONY

You'll be hard pressed to find someone not impressed with the exclusives Sony unveiled at this year's E3.  Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding, The Last Guardian, a new God of War AND a new Spider-Man game?  Microsoft has to be at least a little nervous about the number of juggernauts currently coming down the PS4's pipeline.  However, one are that Microsoft is ahead of Sony is in the race for a 4k compatible console.  Microsoft's Xbox One Project Scorpio will be released this upcoming Holiday season whereas the PS4 Neo is still without a release date.

@BIGBMH - The only real disappointment with it other than it being pushed back to March 2017, is that it comes out on the heals of the NX. So now I have to either get a brand new console to play it, or stick it out with the WiiU version that will probably be great, but not as good as the NX version.

@nonserviam - I recently returned my Wii U to my brother, so I'm gonna need to buy NX for Zelda. Really hoping Nintendo's vision for the console, launch lineup, and third party support will help justify the purchase.

Only interesting things were Bloodstained and Disonhored 2, and the first I discovered it was at the E3 only by chance.
Also the next Deus Ex has some potential.

I was thoroughly disappointed with EA, with VR they could have pushed a new X-wing game and instead they only announced a DLC for Battlefront, well once I accumulate enough steam cards credit I'll just buy "House of The Dying Sun" on steam and wonder how a similar game based on Star Wars would be like.
