Reports whatsplaying.com, "I hear that Tanit Phoenix, the super-sexy supermodel who is heavily rumored to be one of the frontrunners for NBC’s new Wonder Woman, has just signed on for the film too. So… Green Lantern and [a possible] Wonder Woman in the one movie! Reps for the model/actress (she was recently in Death Race 2) have confirmed Ms Phoenix’s casting ('Tanit begins filming next week') but are keeping a tight-lid on details of her character. Suffice to say, Phoenix will largely be working with Reynolds and Washington. Nice company to be in."
Safe House focuses on Reynolds' CIA agent character who is given the assignment of transporting Washington's criminal type to safety, and both of them are attacked at what is supposed to be a safe house. The film is written by Davis Guggenheim and directed by Daniel Espinosa. While Phoenix's role in it isn't clear at the moment, her previous credits include Lord of War, Lost Boys: The Thirst and the soon to come Spud.
