"I know there'll be someone after me, and hopefully someone after them - I'm just trying to keep [the series] going. We haven't been resting on our laurels, we've been plotting what to do with this film. The first one was a whirr - it was a new experience and flew by - the second one was the tricky second album, but this one we've really planned and got a great script. It's going to be different from the last one, but it will still be a great Bond movie."

I'm not gonna lie, but I was one of those that didn't believe that Daniel Craig could pull off playing James Bond, but after "Casino Royale", I became a believer. I'm waiting for "Skyfall".

@TheLight - I was in the same boat. Had no expectations that I would ever really enjoy a James Bond movie after Brosnan. But had to see a movie with the entire family, and look what had just opened in theaters: Casino Royale.

After that, totally back on the 007 bandwagon, and Craig is my favorite Bond, with Connery being a very close second. Then Moore, Dalton, anyone that ever played or spoofed James Bond that was not Remington Steele, people dressed as Bond for Halloween, and finally absolutely hated Brosnan.

@Nomis - I totally agree. Never really understood the hate. There are bad Bond films, but that ain't one of em' IMO.

Gusto, was William Wallace your dad or your barely-older cousin?

I concur that Craig is the best Bond...and the opening chase/fight scene in CR is still one of my favorite scenes ever!

I already said this, but I hope Daniel Craig plays Bond for many more years. And after Michael Fassbender is cast in the role and he finishes his run. ;)

I think they should go with a much younger actor. That way he could play Bond for a longer period of time. You know, they really wouldn't have to worry about hiring a new actor due to the current actor getting older. At least not for a very long time.
