I didn't much care for Incredibles. It annoys me when studios try to rip off/jump on the bandwagon of super hero films. Toy Story was and will always be the best animated film ever.

making a sequel would be the right thing to do

Surely Brad Bird has thought about it, or has at least been approached by a people about the matter. And that is very much true, if they can piece together a sequel to cars then they could easily get a great sequel to Incredibles off the ground.

@TheManWithoutFear - Your perception is seriously twisted, the movie didn't rip-off anything, it was more of a tribute to the genre than a rip-off.

The Incredibles was one of the best superhero films ever, pure genius in visual narrative from start to finish. Why they never made a sequel is beyond me, the film had too many awesome characters and set pieces plus a whole world of depth to explore in future films.
