Black Panther is absolutely crushing it, breaking all kinds of records at the box office. But not everyone is aware that Marvel Studios' latest blockbuster revolves around a fictitious crises set in a fictional country. That's right, folks, Wakanda is not a real country in Africa. 

Not everyone is aware of that fact, it seems. And in case you needed any evidence of America's failing school system, look no further than the video below. In last night's Lie Witness News on Jimmy Kimmel Live, multiple people were asked their thoughts on America's involvement in the fictitious crisis in Wakanda. Some of their responses will make you weep for humanity.



On a brighter note, Black Panther has had the biggest opening week of any Marvel movie ever earning more than $520 million at the box office so far.
