I have really enjoyed all of the titles. None of them are necessary, but I love being back with the characters.

I agree. Where would we had gotten in comics if other classic character were not evolved? Can anyone name ONE character in comics that was not evolved in some way?
True the Before Watchmen titles are not Moore Gibson Watchmen. But Hugh Jackman isn't Herb Trimpe's Wolverine either, and people freaking love him.
The Before Watchmen titles have all been interesting, and enjoyable.
