@GUNSMITH: They haven't revealed much about him. Right now he is trapped by the guardians. It's been a slow-reveal that I am enjoying. The third army, which seemed to be a major force, has ended up seemingly becoming a MacGuffin to introduce the first lantern. I am excited to see this play out.

Only in the world of pc, which is now in comics sadly, is the American the real terrorist while the criminal Arab the hero, pc at its best, where everything is the opposite of the real world.

I haven't gotten to read a lot of New 52 Lantern stories. That being said, are they throwing out the story from the animated movie Green Lantern Emerald nights where they tell the story of the "First Lantern?"

@MutantEquality i don't think it will be the same approach like in emerald knights. but all and all if you read war of the green lanterns and then jump into the new 52 title it's really good (IMO)

@GhostKILLERgx7 Well I read all the Green Lanterns since the Sinestro wars and collected every single Blackest Nights issue but i stopped at Brightest Day. I love Green Lantern but I just haven't gotten over to New 52 Lantern so i'm glad you like it. I'll have to get the trade soon.
