A new concept art photo has been released for the upcoming video game sequel Batman: Arkham City featuring Harley Quinn in her new outfit!

A new concept photo has been released for Batman: Arkham City showing Harley Quinn in her new outfit. The video game sequel is still in development by Rocksteady Studios with the release date still unknown. But it is speculated that it will be on shelves sometime in Autumn of 2011.
