This November, Marvel Comics will release Marvel's Voices: Comunidades, a new one-shot in the groundbreaking Marvel's Voices series that will continue the tradition of highlighting the cultural richness of Marvel Comics and uplifting new voices in the comic book industry.

Following the success of the Legacy and Pride specials, Marvel's Voices: Comunidades turns the spotlight to Latino and Latinx heroes and creators from all corners of the Marvel Universe.

It's said that these all-new stories will feature thrilling adventures of some of Marvel's most popular heroes while celebrating the range of their cultural heritage as told by fan-favourite writers and artists (and those making their Marvel Comics debut). Believe it or not, Marvel's first Latino superhero, White Tiger, wasn't introduced until 1974 in the pages of Deadly Hands of Kung Fu #19

Since then, Marvel has introduced many new Latino-descent heroes from a multitude of different backgrounds including current stars such as Miles Morales, America Chavez, and Reptil. Those heroes and many more will be celebrated when Marvel's Voices: Comunidades #1 arrives on November 10.

Moving forward, we're hoping to see Miles Morales make his live-action debut, though the animated web-slinger will return to the big screen in the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel. As for America Chavez, she's set to make her MCU debut in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
