Hello, ladies and gentlemen, my name is Dave Skylark. I am currently in North Korea, about to interview Kim Jong-Un, a fan of my show Skylark Tonight. Now, while I was boarding the plane, people were telling me how dangerous North Korea actually is, which made me a tad worried. I thought to myself, “What if I never see my Nonna again?” Or “What if my brilliant writing ability is never shared?” Well, I could only fix one of those things.

So here I am, with a short-screenplay. The script is set in a dystopian and utopian world, depending on which side of society you are on. Our protagonist, ED-4, is a robot who, on his way to his next job, looks and shares his opinion on the spiral of humanity. The piece, titled ED-4, is a somewhat metaphoric, somewhat haunting take on the world we live in and the future we may be waltzing into. When I say "short" I mean "short," as the script is only four pages long, surely you can all get around to reading it.

So take a gander, and if you adore it, tell me, click that thumbs up and spread the word.
