I have decided to revist my ideas for the Peggy Carter. There are a couple of things I wanted to change and now i have decided that this is the right to revisted my list.

The TV Series will introduce two important charcters that heavily contribute to SHEILD. Nick Fury (The white Nick Fury) and a young solider named Marcus Johnston (Who after Nick Fury's death takes the Nick Fury name in tribute to him and later pasts down the name to his son the current Nick Fury).

Armin Zola will play a role in the story but he is not the main villain

Jeffry Mace aka Patorit will be in the TV Series

The Main Villains in the series are Zodaic and Cornelius Van Lune will be the main villain

Darren Bentely will be a villain in the Zodaic Group

John King will be a villain in the Zodaic Group under the name of Cancer

The Howling Commandoes will play a role in the TV Series

Hydra will not play a huge role but the Reaper will show up

Unlike Agents of Sheild. The TV Series will have a overaching story and the first season it will be 8 episodes long.
