Well, many of these are no brainers, since many actors, like Hugh Jackman reprise their roles, but then, there are many roles that I fancasted (since this is a fancast). Also, some of the other familiar actors and characters, are just those that I speculate will return.
Hugh Jackman as Wolverine
James McAvoy as Professor X/Charles Xavier
They should make Professor X bald in this movie, probably a side effect of his telepathy, like in the comics. This is 10 years after Days of Future Past, so him and Magneto are middle aged.
Nicholas Hoult as Hank McCoy/Beast
Michael Fassbender as Erik Lensherr/Magneto
Jennifer Lawrence as Raven Darkholme/Mystique
Evan Peters as Peter Maximoff/Quicksilver
Tim Pocock as young Scott Summers/Cyclops
About this: Tim Pocock played the young Cyclops in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and, though he is 28, he still looks like he could play a teenage Cyclops. I think he should reprise the role.
Haley Ramm as young Jean Grey
About this: Haley Ramm is 22 now, but she played the young Jean Grey in X-Men: The Last Stand. She should reprise the role.
Lupita Nyong'o as young Ororo Munroe/Storm
About this: I keep seeing rumors about her being chosen for Storm. She is 31, but she does look younger. The character she played in the movie, 12 Years A Slave, is supposed to be 18/19. She is a good actress, I know that. Also, I think that Storm should have a mohawk in this movie, like she did in the comics.
Channing Tatum as Remy LeBeau/Gambit
About this: Well, he wasn't confirmed for X-Men: Apocalypse, but he was confirmed for an X-Men movie. I'd like to see Gambit again.
Alden Ehrenreich as Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler
About this: Alden Ehrenreich was considered for the role of Harry Osborn in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, but then Dane Dehaan got the role. Alden Ehrenreich was also considered for playing Spider-Man at one point, but Andrew Garfield got that. He was considered for Spider-Man, which I can picture him as, and I personally think Nightcrawler and Spider-Man are alike in some ways. Because of this, I choose Alden Ehrenreich as Nightcrawler. In this movie, I think that Nightcrawler should be based off of how he is in X-Men Evolution, and have long hair. He, along with the other X-Men, should wear yellow and black First Class style suits.
Jaa Smith-Johnson as Mutant Soldier
Evan Jonigkeit as Mortimer Toynbee/Toad
Lucas Till as Alex Summers/Havoc
Gregg Lowe as Eric Gitter/Ink
Hafthor Julius Bjornsson as Cain Marko/Juggernaut
About this: I think that Juggernaut should appear in a movie again, but portrayed right this time. Hafthor Julius Bjornsson is very strong and definetely has the appearance to play Juggernaut. He plays Gregor Clegane in Game of Thrones.
Tom Hardy as Dominikos Petrakis/Avalanche
About this: I can picture Tom Hardy as Avalanche, he has the build for it.
Anton Yelchin as Jason Stryker
About this: Jason Stryker is seen frozen in the events of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but that isn't canon anymore (well, it was canon up until when Logan and Victor fought in the Vietnam War), but he could be unfrozen and a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants in the new timeline. He is mentioned in Days of Future Past. As you may know, Jason Stryker is based off of Jason Wyngarde aka Mastermind from the comics, who was a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants. For some reason I thought of Anton Yelchin for this role.
Tony Todd as Apocalypse (voice)
About this: Apocalypse should be CGI, much like the Hulk is in The Incredible Hulk (2008), and voiced by Tony Todd. Tony Todd voiced The Fallen in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. He also played Kurn in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Brendan Pedder as young Apocalypse
About this: Brendan Pedder played the young Apocalypse in ancient Egypt in the end credits scene for Days of Future Past, so, I think he should reprise the role. But, he will only be in flashbacks of Apocalypse's life.
Vin Diesel as Baal
About this: Looking at pictures of Baal, I was reminded of Riddick, thus this choice. Baal will appear in flashbacks of Apocalypse's life.
Arnold Vosloo as Rama Tut
About this: The pharaoh, Rama Tut, could appear in flashbacks of Apocalypse's life. Arnold Vosloo played Zartan in GI Joe and Imhotep in The Mummy.
Benedict Cumberbatch as Nathaniel Essex/Mr. Sinister
About this: Benedict Cumberbatch is a good actor, who is very famous nowadays. He voiced Smaug in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, was Khan in Star Trek: Into Darkness, and played Sherlock Holmes on Sherlock. He is good at villain roles and I can see him as Mr. Sinister.
Caleb Landry Jones as Sean Cassidy/Banshee
About this: Banshee died before the events of X-Men: Days of Future Past, along with Azazel, Emma Frost, and Angel Salvadore. BUT, Apocalypse resurrects Banshee, Azazel, Emma Frost, and Angel as his Four Horsemen of Apocalypse. Banshee is the Horseman of Death!
Jason Flemyng as Azazel
About this: Azazel is resurrected as Apocalypse's Horseman of War!
January Jones as Emma Frost
About this: Emma Frost is resurrected as Apocalypse's Horseman of Famine!
Zoe Kravitz as Angel Salvadore
About this: Angel Salvadore is resurrected as Apocalypse's Horseman of Pestilence! It would make sense because she has insect wings.
Ron Pearlman as Nathaniel Summers/Cable
About this: Ron Pearlman played Hellboy in Guillemero Del Toro's Hellboy movies and he also voiced Slade in the Teen Titans cartoon. He has the right look for Cable. Cable could come to the past to warn the X-Men of another bad future!
Omar Sy as Bishop
Fan Bingbing as Blink
