Amazing New Alternate Designs For Star-Lord Put The GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY In Some Kick Ass Armor
Star-Lord was rocking a very cool costume in 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy, but some new concept art shows Peter Quill decked out in armour much closer to some of the designs seen in the comic books.
Before Star-Lord and the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy were given a makeover, the hero wore a helmet which looked a lot older than the current iteration along with a costume which was a tad more traditional. In a new batch of concept art released by Marvel Studios artist Andy Park, it's clear to see that these designs were influenced by that suit as well as providing an exciting/unique new take on it.
None of the team's costumes have been drastically updated for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, so it's unlikely we'll see Star-Lord rocking this look at any point in the near future. However, there's a chance that the Russo Brothers could give him and the team a new look in Avengers: Infinity War, but time will tell on that front. Do you guys think Peter Quill should have been wearing a suit like this one in 2014?
