In the photo you can see the lego set its called 'The Milano Spaceship Rescue' you also see Gamora in the Guardians ship and Star-Lord out side attacking Ronan spacecraft and right above batman head you can see Ronan on the edge of his ship. The photo shows us a little of what Ronan the accuser will look like.
