Sources at Cinema Blend say the flick is about to go through heavy re-shoots in order to make its July 2nd theatrical release date.
Last minute re-shoots are not uncommon in the film industry. Smith's last film "I Am Legend" completely reworked the ending a month before it opened, and the tardiness didn't hurt them a bit. The apocalyptic movie made a cool $500 million+ at the box-office.
