The Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker goodies keep coming, as Disney has now released 15 official hi-res images from the movie. These are basically just trailer screenshots, but because they come straight from the studio, they're a little more detailed and it's easier to see what's happening in some places (you can, however, still check out our gallery by clicking here).

Among the moments highlighted are Kylo Ren and Rey's meeting in The Emperor's old Thrones Room, some epic lightsaber battles, those returning Star Destroyers, and Threepio's goodbye.

Time will tell how much of what we're seeing is misdirection, especially as we know that director J.J. Abrams likes to keep his cards close to his chest for movies such as this one (or pretty much anything he directs). Still, the signs are all pointing to this being a satisfying finale for fans.
