Hilarious Honest Trailer For SUICIDE SQUAD Calls Jared Leto's Joker A "Manorexic Juggalo"
We've been waiting anxiously for this one for a while, and it goes without saying that the "Honest Trailers" team don't hold back in tearing apart a movie they've hilariously dubbed, "The Boondock Taints."
Is flame war Tuesday a thing here on CBM? It had better be, because the Honest Trailer for Suicide Squad is going to ruffle a lot of feathers! While the movie may have been better received than Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the Screen Junkies team find no shortage of things to take aim at here, including the dialogue, direction, special effects, and...well, pretty much everything about it really!
Of course, it's inevitably The Joker who gets the worst of it, but the comparison between Jared Leto's Clown Prince of Crime and Spring Breakers/Ace Ventura is oddly accurate! Regardless of whether you loved or hated the film though, this trailer is all in good fun and does a good job of highlighting both what did and did not work in the David Ayer helmed release.
