Shannon only briefly mentions
Man Of Steel at the beginning of the first vid, saying the sets are mind-blowing and it's been a lot of fun to work on but he goes into a little more detail around the 6.38 mark in the second vid. He reiterates that the studio would prefer he doesn't go into too many specifics but he does say that General Zod is a very complicated character and doesn't just have "horns coming out of his head" and that he is a "fully dimensional character". He also says that there is some "very beautiful" writing from David Goyer and says that this take on the Superman story won't be "just fluff", being a more interesting and thoughtful movie that we might be used to seeing in the genre.
