If you tuned into season three, episode four of TMNT titled, 'The Croaking' , you would of saw that at the end of the episode a canister of mutagen fell from the Frog's tree and got ran over by a car, as seen above. Because of this, an evil 'entity' will possess Donatello and create the Turtle's newest villian, Speed Demon. Check out the concept art below!
