The Hunger Games: Catching Fire may have been dominant over the past week, but Thor: The Dark World is still doing well! With a worldwide total just slightly shy of $600 million, the sequel has now earned over $100 million more than the first instalment. It's hard to say what it will finish its run with, but this is surely a good enough result to guarantee that we get a third instalment in the franchise.
