According to Beyondhollywood.co & EW, Kristy Swanson who was 22 when she made the first movie is interested in the reboot. E! Online got Joss Whedon’s funny reaction to the recently announced “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” reboot by Warner Bros. EW went straight to the original Buffy for her thoughts on the reboot. In my opinion: Kristy Swanson could desperately use a job, so get in touch with her ASAP?
Here's what she had to on the matter:
"If they wanted me to be a part of it, I think that would be fantastic and that it would be a blast. There are die-hard Joss Whedon fans who absolutely love him to death, and rightly so. He’s a brilliant man, no doubt. I love everything Buffy. I don’t care who’s doing it."
