After making plans with Katie Nolan on Twitter, Arrow star Stephen Amell made his first appearance on Fox Sports 1's Garbage Time With Katie Nolan last Sunday and while he primarily came on to talk hockey, he also teased a little about the upcoming season three finale of Arrow and also shared an update on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 shoot. He honestly didn't reveal anything too substantial, but he did share a funny Green Arrow-related story and also recited a few famous sports lines in the Arrow voice. Check out the video below:

THE HEART-STOPPING SEASON FINALE — Everyone’s lives are in danger as Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) puts forth his final plan. Oliver/Al Sah-him (Stephen Amell) must decide if he’s strong enough to take on this new role and what it will mean for everyone on Team Arrow, and his soul. John Behring directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Marc Guggenheim & Jake Coburn (#323).

In the aftermath of this victory, Season 3 opens with Arrow now a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen — not as long as the city needs The Arrow.

Arrow features:
Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow
Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak
David Ramsey as John Diggle
Willa Holland as Thea Queen
Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance
Colton Haynes as Roy Harper/Arsenal
Paul Blackthorne as Captain Quentin Lance
