Cameras are now rolling on DC Universe's live-action Swamp Thing series, and the first images from the watery set have found their way online.

Lead actors Andy Bean (Power) and Crystal Reed (Gotham) were spotted filming a scene in a boat, and the images give us an idea of how show's stars will look in-character as doomed biologist Alec Holland and longtime love-interest Abigail Arcane, who, it seems, will not be sporting her comic book counterpart's signature silver locks.

Swamp Thing is being developed as a one-hour show, and has Mark Verheiden (Battlestar Galactica) and Gary Dauberman (It) on board to write the pilot. They'll also executive produce alongside Michael Clear and James Wan. Len Wiseman will helm the first episode.

No premiere date has been announced yet.
