"What If...Doctor Strange Lost His Heart Instead of His Hands?" was an incredible episode of What If...?, and this retelling of 2016's Doctor Strange definitely took us to some surprising places.
Now, Marvel Studios has shared a full gallery of stills from the episode that highlight many of the key moments. This fourth instalment featured an all-star cast, including Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange), Rachel McAdams (Christine Palmer), Benedict Wong (Wong), and Tilda Swinton (The Ancient One). Ikè Amadi, meanwhile, played O'Bengh (a.k.a. Cagliostro).

Doctor Strange Supreme proved himself more powerful than his MCU counterpart when he successfully absorbed the Strange of his reality, and many fans are now convinced that this is the Stephen we've seen in the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer. Time will tell on that front, but that squid-like creature he absorbed the powers of is quite possibly the monstrous Shuma-Gorath.
He's the rumoured lead villain in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, so don't be surprised if the impact of this show is soon felt in the live-action MCU.
