When Marvel announced its line up of independently produced films, word came that Brit filmmaker Edgar Wright is lined up to direct the Ant-Man feature as a comedy.
Wright did a great job with Shaun of the Dead but it's this reporter's opinion that Hank Pym, an original Avenger whose life has provided a lot of drama for the House of Ideas, deserves a more serious film treatment.
