OK, I just got done watching The Dark Knight and noticed something. Two-face is NOT dead. Let me explain myself. We all know that when his coin lands on clean heads, you live, and if it lands on the scratched out heads, you die. After Batman knocked Harvey off the building his coin landed on the clean heads.
