Marvel has the advantage by distributing through several studios? ONE of those distributors are putting out 2 movies every year while the others (and you WB) just sit around.

In sales? Really? Out of all Sony, Fox and Marvel Studios, Warner Bros. sells more? I don't think that's correct. In merchandise and comics maybe.

Obviously reading other articles you are a Marvelite, that being said DC is controlled by WB an WB puts out over 24 movies a year there focus is not on DC but money. Marvel has its own studio which is Marvel STudios and their main focus is Marvel Comics and nothing else. Not an excuse just plain truth and fact!

Honestly, as big as WB is, were lucky to be getting the movies we do.

If DC had their own studio, and had workers as dedicated as they are/were in their animation department, the success DC would have would be sky high.

Exactly WB controls all the strings when it comes to the Live Action movies. WB is very successful putting out 24 to 26 movies a year. They are concerned with profit etc..... if DC was to get their own Studio like Marvel it would be a completely different story.

Another thing is, if WB produces a DC movie and it doesn't meet expectations, they can just brush it off because they produce dozens of other movies.

The day DC gets their own studio might cry.

And do not get me wrong I am super happy that Marvel got their own Studio, I was hoping by now that WB would see the light and let DC break away but it looks like that is not going to happen anytime soon.

No argument on the television arena DC has put out more shows than Marvel hands down, now granted several of those were just down right crap. LOL! Even Smallville lasted for 10 seasons.

As far as video games, sorry hands down DC is winning in that area just on the Batman games alone.

Dude no doubt that DC films are harder to put out through WB, I was just saying "stop making excuses" BECAUSE of that reason, because I KNOW the 'why' in their situation already. Trash talking between both studios is annoying.

WB controls almost everything DC. They're connection is a bit more... Secure (video games, shows, etc) than say, Fox or Sony and their properties.
