Marvel is certainly gearing up for a big
Venom-centric storyline in the early part of 2017.
Venom #4 will feature
Peter Parker and
Marc Gargan and of course, the symbiote's current host, Lee Price. Price, a hard-nosed criminal was bonded with the space parasite just last November but the confirmation of
Eddie Brock's return seems to indicate that Price won't be playing the infamous
Spider-Man ally/foe for too much longer.
Marvel also previously confirmed that the series would be temporarily renumbered this May as
Venom #150 would see "
The Biggest Venom Story In Ten Years" published. May marks the 29th Anniversary of the character's debut in May 1988's
Amazing Spider-Man #300 following the symbiote's debut in 1984 in
Secret Wars.
