We learned that Cable would appear in the Deadpool sequel at the end of the first movie but the casting of Josh Brolin still came as an awesome surprise. After all, the actor is perfectly suited for the role and most definitely looks the part. He's also bulked up considerably and based on the handful of official images and concept art we've seen, he's going to deliver in a big way in the Marvel movie. 

That's something emphasised by Cable creator Rob Liefeld in the Instagram post below as he praises the actor's work and promises fans that they're going to be very happy with what Deadpool 2 delivers.

Beyond that, this photo doesn't reveal much as it appears as if a lot of green screen is being used. That's hardly a surprise, though, as Deadpool 2 has a significantly larger budget than its predecessor and will no doubt feature much more in the way of action. Yeah, I dare you to try and meet one of your own creations and not get umpteen butterflies in your stomach. I don’t remember anything that was said here besides me thinking “I’m meeting CABLE!! HOW AWESOME IS THIS?!?!” Mr. Josh Brolin could not be more perfect in this role. He is amazing and outstanding and you will no doubt be as giddy as I was when watching him portray Cable. His commitment to becoming Cable goes beyond his physical transformation, he found the voice that fans will go crazy about! Ryan as Deadpool and Josh as Cable. What the hell are you guys smoking?! Brolin looks to be in great shape! Not “the Rock” shape but few are. His arms are big and I’m sure he’s shredded under the shirt. Crazy mofo’s in here...

I've always a MCU one-shot where Stan meets all of the heroes he created. And just chats with them about inane things and tells them stories of young Stan Lee in the comics biz. he's probably too old for that now but it would have been dope.
