I'm not interested enough in Steel (never have been) to bother looking up his power set, so I passed on that vote.

DD vs V -- DD, any day of the week and twice on Sunday. DD will always have the advantage over human-level fighters short of Captain America because of his super-senses. Dude can hear a muscle tightening before a blow is thrown and his reflexes are fast enough that he can knock bullets out of the air with his billy club. He's held his own against Spider-Man; he'll make short work of V.

Superman vs Thing: Superman, obviously, though I really hate that ol' Uncle Benjy doesn't seem to get his fair shake among fans. Dude's a powerhouse, though his current incarnation borders on ridiculous (nine feet tall and the writer's can't decide if he can only lift 90 tons or if he's class 100, and it doesn't help that at least one writer has shown him lifting an entire thousand + ton building). That he's always getting his ass handed to him by Hulk and Namor is frustrating enough as a Thing fan, then ya gotta go and pit him against Superman... Anyway, if Supes goes head to head with him, without use of his speed or other myriad powers, Thing could probably hold his own. But once Supes starts laying it on the way he can, Old Blue Eyes doesn't stand a snowflake's chance in hell.
