I have done a Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Batman 2, Flash and Superman fan cast all leading up to this! The Justice League!
Garrett Hedlund as Clark Kent/Kal-El/Superman: Hedlund, in my opinion, is a solid choice for Superman. Many disagree, and I am starting to realize that I should probably recast Superman in Superman 2. But since I still do like Hedlund and in order to maintain continuity, I have decided to keep him for this.
Henry Cavill as Bruce Wayne/Batman: Yes, he is most talked about for Superman, but for Batman he is not a bad choice at all.
Michelle Ryan as Diana Prince/Princess Diana/Wonder Woman: I cast Ryan in the original WW film, so I am bringing her back. Besides, she aint a bad pick!
Scott Porter as Wally West/The Flash: Again, I cast him already. Why not keep him?
Geoff Stults as Hal Jordan/The Green Lantern: This is probably the best casting I have for the JL!
Billy Zane as Lex Luthor
Lex Luthor is probably the most well known villain from DC besides The Joker, so it makes sense to have the League go into battle against Luthor.
CCH Pounder as Amanda Waller
The Wall in the film working with Lex, and forms the Suicide Squad. Mo'Nique played The Wall in Batman 2, but I wanted to have a more practical actress play it, and who is more practical for Amanda Waller then CCH Pounder?
Vincent Cassel as Sinestro
Cassel reprises his role from The Green Lantern. I like Cassel and Sinestro, and I figured it would be cool to bring him back in the Suicide Squad.
Parkey Posey as Priscilla Rich/Cheetah
Posey reprises her role from Wonder Woman. I wanted to add Cheetah into the mix to be part of the Suicide Squad.
Roland Kickinger as Albert Rothstein/Atom Smasher
Why not?
Terence Stamp as Count Werner Vertigo
Stamp looks a lot like Count Vertigo and I wanted to add him into the Suicide Squad because I wanted someone older in it and also a villain that had not been introduced (like Atom Smasher).
James Marsters as Vril Dox/Brainiac
Marsters reprises his role as Brainiac from Superman. Funny enough, when I cast him I had no idea that he had been on Smallville lol.
Giovanni Ribisi as Owen Mercer/Captain Boomerang
Another member of the Suicide Squad.
Anthony Hopkins as Alfred Pennyworth
Hopkins reprises his role as Alfred from Batman 1 & 2.
Zooey Deschanel as Lois Lane
I felt like I need secondary characters to bring a sense of this all being in the same continuity.

Olivia Wilde as Vicki Vale
Since Vicki is Batmans love interest in Batman 1 & 2 I felt like she should be here. Much of her involvement in this is so she can be sent out in this film to make way for another love interest for Batman in Batman 3.
Albert Finney as Perry White
Why not?
Rhona Mitra as Carol Ferris
I wanted to bring her in just because she is Hal's love interest.
