1.PETER AND STARK.
This is after the big battle with Loki and his army, the AVENERS return vivtorious and are greeted with many fans and crowds. We see Andrew Garfeild9Peter Parker) rsuh through the crowd and go up to Tony.
PETER- Mr.Stark,Im a fan of your work Sir, its a hon--
TONY- Talk to me when you have superpowers.

2.SPIDER-MAN AND LADY.
The Team is fighting the big badys in Times Square, people are panikcking and there is chaeos. One lady is running as a table from an above office almost falls on her, SPIDER-MAN's hand comes out of the vent and shoots a web line. We dont really see him, just enough to know he is here.
LIKE THIS:

3. SPIDER-MAN SWINGING BY.
A battle is going on with the aliens, Spider-Man knows somethings going down and thinks he can help, we see him swinging toward to battle, he releases they don't need his help so he swigs back. A quick 10 second cameo.

4.PETER PARKER SUPERPOWERS.
Big battle going on, Andrew Garfield( Peter Parker) is taking photos. He sees Iron Man blasting aliens, Hulk smashing, Hawkeye shooting arrows.
PETER-Man, I wish I had superpowers.

5.Now Heres a personal favorite.
The team is back at Stark tower, relaxing and all.
BAM, on the window we see SPIDER-MAN.
Opens and the window and comes in, hangs upside down looking at the team:

SPIDER-MAN- Hey Iron Man, you gonna let me in im here to audition?
TONY- Uh No SPIDEY, we've got all our members we need.
SPIDER-MAN- Im rejected huh? This is worst than junior prom.

i don't think he'll be in it at all,but if he is it'll only be either a swing by or peter parker taking photo's.

you may have to scrap the parker taking photo's because parker doesn't work for the daily bugle in the amazing spider-man.

I like the idea of seeing Peter snapping off photos. I think I read somewhere that the Daily Bugle was going to be in the sequel, so who's to say that the Avengers doesn't happen right after TASM? I'm pretty sure the Marvel timeline is: Captain America, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, the Incredible Hulk. Those films obviously didn't come out in chronological order either. But hey, it would be a great way to introduce Spider-Man and help get an edge of the Dark Knight Rises.

I ALSO THINK THE EVENTS OF SPIDERMAN HAPPENS SOMETIME BEFORE THE BIG BATTLE OF AVENGERS IN NYC

I highly doubt there is in fact a cameo in The Avengers but the most likely and leaast talk about is an advertisement in Times Square for The Amazing Spider-Man. That would acknowledge the movie but not incorporate it in the MCU. win win for all parties

Geeze you made Tony sound like a dick in the first idea. Lol. I don't think it'll be a very obvious cameo (if rumors hold true) though I do belive he'll be on a screen in the Helicarrier or maybe Nick is going through some files and we see: Parker,P. as the title of one file, with maybe his picture?

Could happen!

Consider this: If the cameo were just Peter taking photos, Sony couldn't really do anything. It would be Garfield being paid to play a photographer and they would credit him as such. Thus, there is no reason to say that it's a Spider-Man cameo at all, even though we know it is.

These are pretty cool ideas. I especially like #1, but they're all cool!

@AxlKomix But then why do it? Just to be dicks to Sony and say "Hey we made him part of our world, haha suck it". Showing Garfield as Peter (or in the credits "Photographer") doesn't add anything to the film. If he's never going to be Spider-Man in their universe why put him there at all?
